英検準２級面接のポイント

◎音読（Aloud）
・タイトルを読み忘れないこと。
・声はいつもより大きめに、スピードはゆっくりでも大丈夫！
・分からない単語があっても、止まらず、言い抜けること。

No.1 文章問題
カードに書かれている文章から出題されます。
答えは本文中にあるのですが、答え方の注意点を挙げておきます。
・注意点
①答える時の主語は代名詞に変えること。
②特に、by doing so・in this way　が書いてあれば、その文章の前半が答えになる。
③準2級では、よくHowで質問されますが、By …ing～.　で答えること。
Sample: How do many families try to make the environment better?
Answer: By using products made from recycled paper. (5点)
　　　　Many families use products made from recycled paper. (4点)
　　　　Many families use products made from recycled paper, and in this way, they try to make the environment better. (3点)

No.2 イラスト問題
５人の行動を述べる問題。
ポイントとしては、現在進行形「am/is/are …ing 〜」を用いて述べる。
Sample: A man is putting a box on a truck.
　　　　A woman is planting flowers.
　　　　A woman is walking her dog.
　　　　A man is painting the wall.
　　　　A boy is riding a bicycle.

No.3 イラスト問題
イラストBの中の人物の状況を描写する問題。
Sample: She can’t buy a drink because there are a lot of bicycles in front of the vending machine.

自分の分かる範囲で、最後まで諦めずに答えることが合格の秘訣です。
過去問を利用して、日頃から文章を作る練習をしておきましょう。

No.4 自分の意見を述べる問題
3級は自分のことについて１文で答えるだけでしたが、
準2級では立場を明確にした上で理由を２文以上で答えることが期待されます。

質問文: Do you think～?
　　　 →Yes.
　　　 →Why?　あるいは　Please tell me more.

　　　 →No.
　　　 →Why not?

No.5 日常生活の身近な事柄に関する問題
Sample: There are many kinds of newspapers in Japan today. Do you usually read a news paper?
（日本には様々な種類の新聞があります。あなたは普段新聞を読みますか？）
→No.
→Why not?
→I watch the news on TV every day. Also, I read the news on the Internet.
（私は毎日テレビでニュースを見ます。またインターネットでニュースを読みます。）
